ACCS Policy

To represent the interests of member voluntary organisations on all matters concerning the nature conservation, natural amenities, green sites, Public Open Space and wildlife habitats in the London Borough of Croydon and to seek to improve the environment and conditions in those areas.

To monitor, examine and comment upon town planning policies and proposals affecting the London Borough of Croydon and their implications for specific areas.

To provide a forum within which members may share matters of concern to them relating to nature conservation within the London Borough of Croydon.

To provide, in its discretion, advice and assistance on nature conservation matters to members and to the public living or working in the London Borough of Croydon.

To collect, in its discretion, information into a common pool relating to present, proposed or future natural amenities, green sites, Public Open Space and wildlife habitats in the London Borough of Croydon in order to obtain a composite picture of such areas in the Borough.

To provide, in its discretion, education and training related to any of the foregoing activities to interested persons.
